Oakland has supported the A's for 38 years, and this rich history cannot be compromised. A's fans have celebrated and suffered with this team, and almost two generations of A's fans have lived with their team playing Oakland. Help Keep the A's in Oakland and fight the move. Oakland Mayor Candidate Contact Information

I think it's very important that Oakland voters contact these candidates and ask them about their plans for the city and if it includes the A's. Although, the A's situation is one of many facing Oakland, it's very important that we put pressure on candidates to speak about it.

Hey Drummer 510,

Have you this article by Newhouse about Wolff wanting to stay in Oakland. I don't what to believe with this guy. In his heart, Oakland is first choice but never say that because it not PC. Here is the article.

Yeah, I've read it. I and number of other people feel that Wolff could just be trying to get Oakland to bend over backwards to keep the team. He has soooo much leverage right now. It might be a fight between the two cites, Oakland and Fremont, maybe even three with San Jose, to get the team. Wolff definitaly knows what he's doing and he's playing the business game real well. Oakland pols don't want to be sucked into his game and get a similar deal to the Raiders deal. It's gonna be an interesting summer.

I don't know Zennie, I understood IDLF quote, "I'm busy now." as literally he is involved in so many things right now. I agree though that IDLF, sometimes doesn't think before he speaks, and it does hurt him.
